If you have been looking for people with whom to paddle, here is your chance to get on the water with your fellow SUP enthusiasts!
The free Social Paddles are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, currently starting at 6:00 PM. If you need a board & paddle, we can bring the board of your choice to the meetup spot for just $25 - just call Covewater at (831) 600-7230 to request a board. Its an excellent way to demo new boards on the serene waters of the harbor! However, you may rent from the kayak shop or anywhere you like.
WHERE: We meet at the SUP launch dock on the west side (Aldo's side, *not* Crow's Nest side) of the Santa Cruz harbor (Map, Directions). The time and location will change occasionally, paddling locations such as the Santa Cruz wharf to visit the barking sea lions, or touring the Cement Ship off Seacliff Beach!
